Lose weight and keep it off

I tried several programs to lose my weight, some of which were considerably unhealth and some others sound about right with respect to health. In every time I lose around 7 - 10 Kgs. One long and succesful attempt was made last year, I lost 45 Kgs!! in about 6 months. My weight goes doen to 95Kgs which is an ideal weight for a 190cm tall man.

My big problem is keeping off what I lost!!! I am now 122Kgs :( because I coudn't take the diet any more.

Based on the various experiances I've been through with dieting, I feel like I must stick with the dite all the way otherwise I'll gain many Kelos, and that what is happening with me at the moment. If I had a one meal break (eating whatever I want) the next day I find it very hard to get back to the regular dieting food. I barely able to put it in mouth, and if I cut off some of the bad food afterwords I still gain weight!! I don't know whats wrong? it seems my metabolism is getting lazy after the big meal?
My body activety is mediam-to-low. I go to the gym from time to time whenever I feel like going to it. some times twice a week for 2 hours each time, some other once a month. Also I teach about 7.5 hours a week in addiition to some other walking distance every day.

I seem to realize it is all to do with my lifestyle thingy, how to keep it stable? any advice?

whats your diet and exercise while losing?

if you cannot keep at it anymore like you said, more tha likely you're starving yourself, so all weight lost is muscle, and your metabolism slows, so when you eat anywhere normal again, you gain it all back.

The key to this whole game is lifestyle choices and proper exercise. When I'm in full exercise mode, I can lose weight on 3000 calories a day. I'm literally eating till i'm full every meal because otherwise i'm too far below my bodies needs. This is a very common mistake that most people make when dieting. They think less food = weight loss, when the opposite is true. less food = your body trying to conserve fat and gain it back as quickly as possible.

Thank you for your reply,
The healthy one (in my counts) I did was more or less to reduce fat intake and deserts in addition of sleeping on empty stomach most of the time.
