Hi! I am 16, 5'6 and currently weigh 137 lbs. I am a competitive rock climber but recently I was badly injured in my wrist and can no longer compete, I now only climb for fun a bit because I have been weakened by my injury and need to not overwork it. From rock climbing I have gained a lot of unwanted muscle, at the time of competing it was great but now that I'm not, it makes me quite uncomfortable. I mainly have too much muscle in my arms and back, which bothers me to a large extent because I am regularly called "too manly for a girl" and I feel that too when I look at myself. Along with this excess muscle, I have some unwanted body fat that I want to lose and I mainly want to get toned but lean (I'd like to weigh about 120). I don't really know where to start; should I lose muscle first or fat? I definitely want to do this in the most healthy way possible and want to know if this can work if I'm vegan. I have quite a few workouts and dietary options saved and I know how to lose muscle by taking out protein and overworking myself but does that really work? And by losing about 15 lbs would that effect my body negatively--as in cellulite or excess skin?
If any of you have any suggestions, thank you!
