I love this app for tracking calories. You can use a laptop/desktop but if you have a smart phone, it's even easier. It automatically tacks calories, fat, carbs, and protein. But I adjusted settings to track cholesterol as well, as I have a high LDL reading.

You can also have "friends" on there. You can record your weight loss. Lots of little fun tweaks you can make.

Anyone tried it?
