Alright,so straight to the point.Iam seriously going to take control of my downward spiral life, for iam done getting bullied, looked down upon, being insecure and a loner. Enough is enough time to take things seriously for this is my life and I get to decide it's path.
I will be starting for a a journey of improving myself not just losing weight and being fit,i am going to get hold of my studies and social life and stop being insecure. So from 2Oct'16(just 3hrs left till midnight) iam going to be a new person.A better one.
My first weight loss target is 10kg till 28 October '16.For that till now a rough plan is to exercise 30mins daily (treadmill or Lesli Sanson's videos).Daily caloric intake strictly between 800_1000,500ml water each hour.no sugary stuff AT ALL! I will go for Barley porridge with 3 dates in it every but have lemon and honey water on empty stomach in the mornings.fruits for lunch and one cup milk. for dinner what ever is cooked but just half of normal around 7 and an hour before bed green detox water.
For now this is all.?

Hi Leo and welcome to the forum! I´m very sorry you´ve been feeling so low and I hope we´ll be able to help you find a way forward. I greatly admire your determination and willingness to sacrifice your comfort in order to achieve what you want. Having said that, I think your goals are a bit TOO big for a short amount of time; you might get burned out on them before getting to where you want to be. May I ask how old you are and how much you weigh? I hope you don´t mind if I go through your plan point by point.

- 10 kilos in less than four weeks is... possible if you´re very overweight and retaining a lot of fluids but normally two to four kilos in the same amount of time would be more realistic.
- Half a liter of water every hour would get you to 8 liters a day, which puts you at risk of washing out important vitamins and electrolytes from your body. Normally 2 (on more inactive days) to 4 (on very hot or active days) will be quite enough.
- 800 calories a day is the amount a one-year-old child needs for normal movement and growth; by age ten kids already need 2000 calories a day to maintain their weight and keep up normal bone and muscle growth. The average grown male needs around 2500 calories to maintain, more if they´re overweight or obese. I´d normally say you can go up to 1000 cal/day under maintenance, but if you´re under 18/still growing (maybe it´s just the 14 in your ´nym but that´s kind of what I´m assuming) you really shouldn´t go more than 500 calories under maintenance and it´d really be important to have a talk with your doctor about how many calories you´d normally need.
- 30 minute of moderate exercise a day is sustainable and a great way to keep your muscle mass while losing the fat. Great point!
- Foodwise I think your plan sounds very promising. Porridge is awesome and nutritious and if you have someone cooking dinner then smaller portions are simply the easiest solution. For your lunch greek yoghurt with your fruit would be better than milk because it gives you more protein, keeping you satiated longer.
- What do you think the main reason for your weight gain was? Overly large portions or snacking in-between? Sometimes reducing the snacks is enough to get on the right track and having to make less changes at one time is a lot easier than changing everything.

I´m afraid I wrote a novel here, sorry about that. What I really wanted to say is: be nice to yourself, especially if other people aren´t. You deserve to be treated with respect and kindness, whatever you weigh. Taking it slowly, making sustainable changes, may be frustrating at first but it will take you all the way to your goal and - more importantly - will keep you there.

Best luck on your journey, I´ll be rooting for you!
