Loosing weight.

Uh...where to start.


I'm 15, no idea what my weight or height is.

I would GUESS my height is around 5' 5"?

I use to do BMX, but still wasn't very fit then either. I got my hands of WoW about a year ago, and welll, everything went downhill.

I don't want to get technical with all the calories and stuff, but will daily BMX, or just riding for hours on end every day cause me to loose weight?

I'm guessing it would, as i would be riding pretty much from the time sun comes up till the time dinners ready (as i use to)

I do eat a fair bit of crap, as im at the computer more then most people would consider healthy, but if i started riding again i would just be having the usual Breakfast/lunch/dinner kind of thing.

This thread is kind of all over the place, so i hope you can understand it :p
 
we need to know your weight before anyone gives you any help, i suspect BMXing is good for your leg muscles but if you want your whole body to change then i would say you need to do other forms of exercise.....
