Loosing weight as a team!

Funny you call this 'boot camp' since I'm actually preparing myself for boot camp!

uh why i am i always late to these things? i'll never be able to lose 4 pounds by the 5th and i'm on my period right now so im not even my correct weight!
can somebody tell me when the next one starts?
 
im ready! the weigh in is monday? i actually did lose some weight, but im gonna save the surprise for tomorrow :D

yep, tommorrow's the day....anyone want to start another little boot camp? Maybe instead of the 20 pd club, we should have a 10 pd club, that way we dont' have to wait as long to celebrate!
 
Holy Cow! So you lost 6 pds? Thats fantastic!!

I held on to my 2 pd weight loss. I can't say i'm too upset b/c I was not sticking to my diet like i was supposed to . I have to be honest, dont' kill me!

I feel soooo bad about not sticking to my diet, but we are sooo broke right now, I just have to eat whatevers cheap :(
 
my weigh-in this morning 143.. so I lost 1.5lbs... which isn't bad since I didn't stick with it too well either.

We talked about doing smaller goals... how about 5 lbs in 2 weeks? or the 10lbs in a month - but I just worry about us loosing our focus if we try to take it a whole month at a time... baby steps! =)

My suggestion is that we start on Wednesday, have a weigh in - and then go for two weeks and try to lose 5 lbs... anyone up for it? I'll start a new thread for it...
 
This goal was 4 lbs in 10 days. I think if I had eaten correctly this past week I wouldn't have made it either. Stress made me not able to eat! I'm happy I made the goal, but I know it wasn't the way to do it. 2lbs a week seems like a reasonable goal though - doesn't it? I don't want to jump in to a month either....baby steps!

oh and i like the 5 pounds in 2 weeks idea, but i dont think i'll be able to lose that many in such a short time. im getting too close to my ideal weight. it seems the closer i get, the longer my plateaus last :mad:

Way to go WonderWoman! Impressive! At 135 there isn't much weight left for you to lose! It's not like your over 200 like me, and some of the others. I say we do the best we can.

I don't know what I lost, I missed my period in august, and now it's back with avengance, so I'm afraid to weigh myself until it's over...not to mention I didn't stick too well to eating well and drinking a lot of water....

Congrats to those who lost!

Woohoo guys you did great!

Oy!!Well i didnt loose anything but i didnt gain either...stressful times at casa smiley, so im actually happy i stayed the same
