Loosing weight as a team!

Looks to me like alot of us have been struggling lately to loose our weight. I think we all need to shake ourselves off and do something about it.

Lets all strive for a 4 pound weight loss by next monday! THats gives us about a week and a half. I know we can do it!! What do you say?
 
I think that is a great idea... lets give ourselves a boot camp!!!!

here is the plan:

*** each day we all STICK TO OUR DIETS!!!
*** each day we commit to doing some form of exercise (and walking to the mailbox doesn't count... unless it is a mile away)
*** each day we commit to drinking tons of water
*** each day we check on someone else who is doing boot camp to give them the encouragement they need

We all commit to doing this each day for a week and a half... and see where it gets us!

All in favor - respond here so we know who is participating, and each day in your daily journal talk about your progress.

We can do it!!!! :)

So this will be a "weigh-in" on Labor Day? I'm in! The exercise part will be hard - but come on guys and girls - yell at me to keep me going! We all need to weigh in today and then again on Labor day - is this correct?

Wow, way to take charge Amomono!! I'm totally up for it! Do we need to assign buddies to ensure everyone is getting checked up on??

Summergirl...the 5th is the weigh in day we are talking about :)

I don't know about you guys, but I'm not even going to look at the scales between now and then!

I did my weigh in this morning - I'm at 144.5... so my goal is 140.5 by the 5th... lets do it girls =)!!!!
 
but im feeling bloated...and my plateaus last a long time lol.
 
wonderwoman... that's no excuse! =) besides... if your bloating is from water and you work out and get rid of that feeling, maybe it would help your weight go down even more... a hard core shock to your system is what your body needs to get over this plateau.. you can;t break it until you try!!!! what have you got to lose? (except for weight!!!)
 
forgot to put in my starting weight 148lbs goal 144 :) (Oh man i so hope i make it there ive never been 144!!!)
 
I'm in. I weighed this morning and I am 202 lbs :eek: so that will put my target weight at 198 lbs for Sept 5th. It is the 5th right?
