I'm having a bit of a dilema and i'm hoping someone might be able to help me.
Firstly i'll tell you my statistics as they will help you understand.
height :5'3
Weight: 7 stone
BMI: 18.1
I am not as a rule into fitness or diets ( i like my food too much) or anything else. I'm not the most fit person in the world. I have just been very lucky in the fact i can eat what i want with minimal exercise and stay slim. I Look healthy and my doctor is happy with me.
But,,, and this isnt me just beign a big girl, My thighs are getting quite fat, and i mean like 3/4 of my inner upper thighs touch when i stand up. Im guessing its just my bodies fav place to store fat. It doesnt look very good on me as i am so slight, and to be honest i just dont like it.
So my question is, How can someone who doesnt want to loose weight as such who has a Low BMI, loose weight on her thighs without turning the fat to solid muscle??
