I really want to loose 20 pounds -- and 30 would put me at my goal weight. I have recently gained back 20 pounds after loosing 55 pounds -- which isn't that bad. But, I don't like these extra twenty pounds on my body -- they make me feel uncomfortable and less able to be physical. I am trying to eleminate the added sugars from my diet, fried foods, and other yucky items. I am also working out (doing cardio) at least five days a week, weight lifting three of those days. I'm a teacher, running after pre-k kids all week, and also eating the same breakfast, lunch and snack as them. This makes dieting a little harder. If any other teachers and childcare workers are here, I'd love to talk to you about you handle kid-food in your diet. I look forward to talking with all of you here and sharing our tragedies and triumphs!
