Hello everyone
My name is Greg I am 25 an 5’10 and 226lbs I have been struggling with my weight for the last 4-5 years (since I have been married lol) before I was married I was around 175 an think I want to get back to that weight. My only downfall is in the motivation department I work all the time sometimes like 80 hours a week and have 2 kids so it really hard to find the time to go workout. When it comes to what I eat ive cut out all the pop an sugar stuff out all together I only drink water now and since I work suck long days I take a lunch box that I can store enough food to get me through the day. Only bad thing is I can heat anything up I can only have cold food cause there in no place to warm anything up so I just need to find out so good cold foods to take with me any ideas? But enough about me lol I just wanted to get on here an say hi to everyone an thought maybe I could get some tips on how to start on this change of life ty
