Looking forward...

Hey people. My name is Aaron. I am 20 years old and have spent 6 years of my life in the Canadian Army Reserves. Over time I have lost amazing amount of weight but not enough. There was a period of time where I was able to lose 60lbs in 3 months of intensive workouts. I currently weigh in at 233lbs, now that may seem big but im a 6 foot 8 giant lol so it evens out somewhat... Anyways I came to the internet in hopes that someone can help me with plateau effect...

My work out is:
15 push up's
50 or more crunchs
30mins on exersize bike
30 freeweight arm curls (25lbs dumbells)
my back mussles are fine

But in the last 3 weeks I have reached the plateau effect. I have boosted my metabolism for sure and keep pushing myself to work longer and still there has been no results that I normaly expect. Im to the point where I am willing to start taking pills/powders if I need too.

I need to have the best results as I can, because it's soon my time to go overseas. I can have a picture for you guys if you need one but if anyone can help, I will greatly appreciate it and will offer in anything in extange for information that shows results.

My main goal is mussle building in a healthy mannor.

What does your diet look like? How many calories are you taking in?

What exactly is your fitness goal? Are you looking to build muscle, reduce body fat or work at definition?

Looking at your calories and what you eat would definitely help :)
