the easiest plan to stick with !

Calorie Counting = can do tho i sometimes give up when i dont know the calorie count .

Slim Fast = get bored fat

Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig etc = cant afford

Aitkins= Im not a meat eater.


Any advice ?
 
In the past, my favorite and easiest plans are the low-calorie, high-workout diets.

I try to stay within a certain range calorie wise (and from REALLY high fat foods like double-cheeseburgers) and try to workout/run 4 times a week.

As long as I eat sensibly 3 times a day, it seems to do the trick

As shown by my sig though, I need to actually START doing it
 
Howdy and welcome and goodluck! I am a low calorie eater because
you can pretty much have anything just healthier made and your not
elimenating any food groups.You just have to find a healthy satisfying
calorie limit and stick to it.You can do it I started at 255 and I couldn't
stick with adkins or the slimfast diet the others cost too much.I maily
eat lean cuisines and weight watchers frozen meals and sandwhiches
I bake alot of chicken and have bake potaoe and mixed veggies with it
and they make alot of healthy 100 calorie pack snacks that taste good.

the "no crappy food" diet (thanks kaitie) -- combined with watching calories is the easiest method for me to stick to - I avoid processed foods (generally because I don't like the taste) and stick with as much fresh foods as possible - lean protein, vegetables, fruit, whole grains - combined with exercise and it works for me

things i avoid are anything with high fructose corn syrup and/ or anything on the ingredients list that I can't spell or pronounce (i'm a lousy speller)
 
ive been doing the avoiding bad foods(those w/ high fructose corn syrup, or sugars). not saying i dont eat any sugars, but try hard to avoid those. and watching the calories. besides those exercise.
be sure to eat 5-6 small meals. basicly your 3main meals, and 3 small snaks.

eating fruit and granola as we speak. snak time w/ the girls.:)
