Hello,
I'm new to the forum, so first I'll take a minute to introduce myself -
My name is Rick, and in late february I decided to take some serious steps toward weight loss. In the four months that followed, I dropped 70 odd pounds from 245. I did this through a doctor, who monitored my progress weekly - testing my blood every ten pounds, and so forth... I wanted to get healthy, not die trying.
I'm currently in the best shape of my life, but I still have a gut. I'm trying to maintain 170. I don't want to drop below that, so I've been trying to build. I'm not really trying to bulk up really, just looking to get a little more of an athletic shape.
Anyone else go through this? Do I just need to be patient for the gut to catch up with the rest of me?
