Looking for some support.

Hello, I'm Robb

I found this site and I hope to use it for support to help me reach my weight loss goal. I currently weigh 227 lbs and would like to get to 199 lbs. I have lost a lot of weight over the years and have achieved my goal weight several times. This time however, I'm going to try it by only counting calories (no exercise). I currently don't have the state of mind to exercise.

I hope to find some support to help me attain my goal.

Thanks for reading this.

EDIT: I'm a 27 year old male.

Well, best of luck! I think you're in for a bit of a challenge without exercise. At least personally, the only time I have ever resisted the urge to self-sabotage with my diet is when I'm exercising regularly. It makes me think, you just ran 20 minutes, do you really want that chocolate bar?

But if you are persistent and disciplined, I'm sure you can do it! I'd advice just keeping unhealthy foods out of your house (out of sight, out of mind) and keep track diligently of what you're eating. Maybe take a multi-vitamin so that you're getting good nutrition while you're restricting your diet.

Best of luck! It's not easy. I lost weight and promptly put it back on so now I'm trying for the second time to change my lifestyle, not just my diet.

Keep reporting your progress so we can read!

Hey Robb,

This is completely realistic to lose this. I have just personally lost exactly that amount in that weight range. Eating under budget is the way it happens.

What questions do you have?
