Looking for some help! :D

Hi, im 15 and looking to gain muscle for upper body and lower. i weight around 50kg and am 5 foot 7. i have started to eat a lot more carbs and protein and go to the gym 1 a week for an hour, but am looking to make it more of a regular thing. i was wondering if anyone had any workout plans for me to do in the gym that would help me bulk in the gym. I go to a public gym and dont have the confidence to do the benchpress etc so i stick to the machines but with a plan i think i could bring myself over to the benchpress knowing somethng to do.
