Im age 21 and 11 weeks ago i was 21 stone 7 pounds, now im 18 stone 10 pounds. I live in the country side and luckily there is a 4 and a half mile ring nearby, ive built up from huffing and puffing after one mile to walking the ring everyday and now i can walk it comfortably in 1 hour 3 minutes (4 hills) so today i decided to kick it up a notch and start doing some skipping and running ( i hope to be jogging the ring in 3 more months
)
so these are my questions
1. how many skips should I do and how often should I increase the number. I did 3 sets of 100 today and i was dripping sweat and gasping for breath.
2. Im still pretty heavy and im cautious about running so much that i wear out my joints and have to start taking glucouzamine tablets ( is that how you spell it?) so any advice on distance would be much appreciated.
and generally any good tips would be welcome.
P.S I dont believe in fancy diets and gizmos. Im just looking for ways to pump sweat hard and fast.
