why not make a sorbet or a granita...
espresso granitas are a nice refreshing treat in the summer.
Take left over espresso and pour it into a flatish plastic container - and freeze
occassionally while it's freezing - stir it up... when ready to serve -just scrape the top with a spoon and you get nice coffee crystals..
you can process up frozen b erries to a smooth consistancy and you've got a berry sorbet
