I'm just joining this forum. For the past few years I've been working out at home (can't make it to classes at the health club these days) and I'm generally pretty motivated. But my routine has gotten really dull and I'm looking for ideas and to find out what other people do.
My fitness goals are to keep in shape for winter skiing and summer hiking and stay toned up. I also find that exercise is a good stress reliever.
I'm thinking of trying some exercise DVDs, wondering if anyone can recommend a program or just share what keeps you motivated and improving in your home workouts.
