Looking for ideas

New member, mrdon-1, here, and I am hoping to get some new ideas for integrating new activities into my martial arts class warmups that will burn some major energy in my students. They are typically 8-18 yr olds with a lot of energy. We use a lot of intense cardio and some bodyweight work but I would really like to increase that area of our training.

Any good ideas? All suggestions welcome!
