Okay..I am looking for a great excerise program to go with my low-carb diet - which i am doing great in by the way -YEAH!.
I have access to the following, but just do not know what is optimal:
1. WII Fit - board and Fitness Coach.
2. P2X - those traing tapes.
3. XBOX.
4. Jogging - could do less then a mile - but cold in nyc - so it is not appealing.
5. free-weights
6. weider 4 position nautilus machine.
7. Pully attached to to the workout bench.
I worked out in my younger years, would like to get back into it.
But my main goal is to loose as much weight as possible in 2 months. I am about 220 lbs. and really want to see 160 lbs - I am 40 years old.
