Hey everyone,
I just newly subscribed to the forum here and I'm after a personal trainer or fitness professional of some sort to give me their absolute top 10 list for fitness and weight loss.

1) Organise your outcome goals
2) Organise process goals that will result in your outcome goals
3) Complete the process goals
4) Get your outcome
5-10) Organise some new outcome goals and relative process goals, or continue with the same process goals to maintain results
