Ok, so I started loosing in February and by now (May) I have lost 50lb. (started at 310 now am 260) I am 66in tall with a larger body frame. I lost only two sizes in my pants so I don't know if I lost a lot of muscle or if that is a normal amount of inches to loose with 50lbs? I have been working out regularly for the most part (a lot of walking and some cardio) and have stuck to around 1500 calories a day. I just don't want to loose a lot of muscle. Any suggestions or comments would be greatly appreciated
