so my story goes like this. June 2017 I decided to try a juice cleanse for a few days. That ended up being closer to 5 days. After which I ate vegan then transitioned to vegetarian. I was steadily losing weight and that was great cause I had hit 285 lbs at 5’7” and having two young children I found this unacceptable. I hit up a nutritionist to make sure I understood what I was doing. Started lifting weights and running during this time. At this time no added sugar or breads. Then on Thanksgiving(5 months in)I ran a 5 mile road run went to lunch with the family kept the meal some what good me. Then the deserts came out and I figured I had just ran 5 miles so why not! This was a mistake cause I have been craving sugar and not so good foods since that day! I have started to meal prepping since this day cause I could not control the cravings. I have gotten to where I don’t want to shame myself when I want ice cream or chocolate so I allow it but try to keep the portions small sometimes I win sometimes I lose. Guess my question is, is this a normal thing? I hate feeling bad cause I want a cookie or a slice of cake.

when you rarely eat sugar but you take care of your daily healthy diet and your body is all right. If, however, you obsessively need sugar, you should ensure that it is not. Try to eat chrome - after 3 weeks I just saw big results. maybe it can help you

Try to make sure that your sugar intakes are healthy.

This can be honey, agave, maple syrup, fruits, etc.

This is the best way to get the best of both the health, and taste world
