Looking for advise or ideas,

OKay about me, this is what I was before, chain smoke alot, started when I was around 18-19 yrs of age and drink soda/coke like water everyday, never worked out in my life till I join the military but only stayed for 3 years. When I got out, got back out of shape. Never really had any definition.

Now, its been about 4 1/2 months now, I basically quit smoking cold turkey, and also along with coke/soda drinks. I drink alot of water everyday, also going to the gym 6 days a week, 1 upper, 1 lower w/cardio for lower "running".

Just wondering, if its gonna take a long long long time for my body to fully get back , well not really back into shape. But really into shape.

4 months ago I weight in about 210 pounds, now I currently weight in 189 or 185, cant be exact tho , somedays I see it go up to 195.

Where I want to get is actually build up muscle definition or just build muscle, I notice that my lower stomach fat is really hard to get off, still there after I burned off those other pounds.

Is it true the more rest I get more results I will see? is 6 days too much? I basically run every-other day, - with lower body, and next day upper body but i rotate them around with chest,arms,back-shoulder.

One of the things I'm worried about is working out and all of it going in vain without seeing any results and then making me all depressed about it. I also bought EMS device to help stimulate muscle groups that I know that I will need help in, shoulders, neck, arms.

I am totally open for any suggestion and ideas..

btw, I am very limited to where I can go to the gym and options in food, since I am working over in the middle-east.

I basically try to eat alot of greens, veggies, chicken breast, little bit of pasta ,fish .. thats pretty much sums it.

Taking some engergy drink no - explode-, fat burning pills make sure its right one where it dont burn muscle too.

The only type of physical improvement I have seen with my eyes or feel

breathing better,

Im actually seeing the veins in my forearms..

I do see some changes in my body just a little tho.

...

also I have a concern here lol I know this might be stupid right near the sternum there is a weird bump, is this normal?I never seen it before.

anyways talking too much , nice to meet you
