So currently I work at Walmart as a way to pay for college. I've lost a vast amount of weight before, I went from 270 to 198 in a couple months for my high school prom. Now I'm back up to 260. I want to start working out/dieting again and losing the weight, however my schedule at Walmart is from 4am to 1pm and I am legit dead tired from staying quick on my feet and moving boxes. Plus I've been trying to do IF and ADF combined, but while working I feel like I'm going to pass out. My only off days are Wednesday and Thursday. Kinda of a jumble of a post, but I really need help with this, I want to fit back into my old stuff again and not feel self conscious about everything.

Hi Taylor and welcome to the forum.
First off: dealing with college and a full-time job at the same time is hard even when you´re not dieting so respect for what you´re doing. You clearly have a lot of self-control, as also proven by your ability to lose 72 pounds before. How long have you been back to fasting right now? If it´s just been a couple of days your body may adapt but if it´s been two weeks already fasting combined with physical labor may not work for you. I know it doesn´t for me. When you do eat, what kind of stuff do you have? I imagine you don´t have a lot of time, money, or energy to spare for food prep but maybe toggling the fat/protein/fiber content of your meals could make a difference in how long you stay satiated. I don´t think there´s a perfect program that works for everyone so sometimes you just have to try things, adapt, try again, and see what happens.
