Looking for a Home Workout plan

Hello everyone. After spending hours searching for a Workout plan suitable for a 16 year old I gave up. I have joined this forum hoping that someone can get me started. I tried making my own routine but I wasn't sure what to do and what days to work/rest etc.

I'm a 16 year old active student. I have a 10KG dumbel set, a chin-up bar and a set of resistance bands. These may be beneficial to me in the Workout plan?

The main areas I want to work and get toned are: my abdomen, my chest and my triceps/biceps. However, if there is anything I can to tone my calf muscles, other than biking, let me know!

Taking workouts like series and pull-ups use your body weight against you, and allow you to management the level of problems by adjusting leverage. you can do this at your home.
