Ok so I've been looking through this site. There's a lot of good information here. But I figured I would make an account so I could maybe get some advice more tailored for my specific situation.
After some time in college, I noticed I had gained some weight. By most people's standards I was still healthy. Some people would even consider me thin. But I just wasn't satisfied because I was very fit in high school. I am about 5'7" tall. I weighed 151 pounds. So I set out with the goals of getting fit again and losing some weight to become more toned.
At first it was going very well. I lost maybe 4-5 pounds in the first 11 days. But now after about 9 pounds lost, the weight loss stalled out. I am exercising a lot. I lift moderately at least 4 or 5 times per week. I run/swim/play racquetball (one of them, sometimes two) every day. I am only eating about 2000 calories per day but I am still not losing any more weight! I know I can lose more because I can actually pinch fat around my mid section and sides.
What am I doing wrong? What else can I do to lose more weight and achieve my goal of getting toned?
