Looked through the FAQs, have a question

I am a 22 year old male, several years ago I started getting very physically active and lost a good amount of weight. As of now I am fairly lean, 6'3" 175lbs.

I workout 4-5 days a week, weights, running, and martial arts. I have some leftover fat on my sides of my lower back, I would almost say love handles, but they arent on my sides as much as my back. I am just trying to find a way to get rid of this, because this is by far the most fat on me.

I have come to think this is more of a diet issue than an exercise one, but i was hoping someone may have help for me in this department.
