Hey everyone! I actually feel like I already know most of the regular members, as I've been lurking since last March. I finally joined officially, and am enjoying viewing the threads without huge ads
I've had some good success with my weight loss so far. My original goal was 150 lbs, which I reach after 5 months, and maintained for some months after that before deciding to lose more. I've revised my goal to 135 lbs, but am also concentrating more on exercise. (The initial weight loss was definitely due to dietary change...I was very lazy about exercise.) Anyhoo...I've incorporated morning cardio into my life (although it requires waking up at 5:30 am. Ack!) I will now be adding some weight/ resistance training to my routine which hopefully gives me some good visual results. I'm actually cool with my weight as is, if I can just manage to lose the extra-jiggly bits.
I have found this forum to be very helpful so far, and I'm sure it will continue to be so.
