Long time follower, (first time poster) need some advice.

Hey guys,

I'm just looking for some advice on a work out plan. I'm 21 years old, male and currently weigh 188 pounds, 6' tall. I want to get into the 175 range and need some advice on how to do it. I started working out two months ago because i'm becoming a police officer and want to be in shape. i weighed 197 then and i've lost 9 pounds. my daily meals for the last month have been cereal at 3pm, healty choice meat loaf at 12am, light yougurt at 2am, and a special K bar at some point in the night (i current work security all night) so i keep my calorie intake under 1,500 a day. (mabey slip up a little when not working on the weekend) i work out 4 nights a week lifting weights (military press, leg lifts, the pull down bar thing haha, 20 pound curls, really a variety of things you would find on a bowflex) for 45 minutes and run / stationary bike for 35 minutes.

what i want to know is how can i improve my weight loss and possibly have a better diet that will help burn fat faster. and is there any good weight loss pills out there that are reasonably priced. i know people take pills and sit on their ass but i actually work out and diet so something that will kick start fat loss.

also having nice muscles are important to me, i love how my arms and legs have been looking. i still have a little love handles going on, but my stomach is getting flatter. what exercises should i be doing?

honestly thank you so much guys, i'm really really excited for answers.

- Those things don't work. If you want to kick start weight loss, change the workout and food habits.

- Running is great :) and here is a website for weight training...

Hope it helps :)
