Just wanted to say a quick Hi! I am a 53 year old fitness fanatic. Used to race push bikes, but have downgraded to walking. However, I do walk 8 miles a day, I have not altogether given up my bike, but use a fitness cycle 3 times a week, or when the weather is really lousy! Really glad I found this forum.

Do you take spinning/indoor cycling classes? Welcome to the forum.
 
Thanks for your replies. I live in a country town, andgoing to a gym for classes would take too long, so use my own exercise bike, but it has 12 programmes, and I can get a really good workout on it without boredom setting it!
