Living Longer And Healthier?

I'm sure this is a highly debated question, But if you want to live a long, healthy life what sort of habits would you need to adopt? Is being muscular essential or would you have to be more focussed on cardiovascular fitness?
Skinny, toned V Muscular, big?

General tips on living longer, healthier?

A good balance of both would be ideal. Muscular training would allow you to maintain your muscle mass as you age, strengthen your bones to prevent osteoporosis, and help you with balance and posture. Cardiovascular training, as is probably obvious, will be fantastic for your heart. You should also work on flexibility, as a lack thereof is the cause of many health issues in older adults.
 
Yup, it is necessary to have balance on both aspects, as well as with proper diet. Avoiding vices such as smoking and drinking alcohol. Since these two can cause serious illnesses thus shortening your life by 10 years. There are lots of ways on how to live longer and healthier, even not being physically masculine. =)
