living in paradise with 60 pounds less!!

Hi there! My name is Lindsay. I am 30 years old. I have lost over 60 pounds total. I just moved to Mexico from the States and I couldn't have picked a better place to change my life! I started a blog and I really hope you take a look, comment, let me know if you are interested in hearing my journey the ups and downs of living fat in a paradise!

Congratulations on your weight loss. Are you trying to lose more weight or has your project changed to one of maintenance now?

Thank You. I am still trying to lose about 30 pounds. But I am in no hurry. Just one day at a time. Yes I see my link was deleted. Someone explained the rules and I apologized. I guess that is what I get for not reading the rules first. Thank you very much for the information.
 
I think that very few people find the rules - never mind read them before they start posting.

I think that we all have to deal with things one day at a time - the trick is not to be put off by a bad day...
