Listen to the master

Hey everyone,
I started the master cleanse 2 day ago and itsgoing pretty good. I altered the portions so I would be getting 1200 cals instead of 840, and so far it has been going really well.
I fi I'm a student and my days often consist gured this would be an interesting test of my will power as I have battled bulimia for as long as I can remeber. The gorss thing about that is im still very overweight, and i know why.of sitting on my ass and studying. I enjoy the outdoors, hiking kayaking ect. but i often figure ill do nothing but eat myself silly then puke it up. Long story short, i know i need to make some changes. The master cleanse is helping me think about only good food (for the past 12 hours ive craved an avacado lol).
I my goal is for 7 days, if that goes well then I will go for the full 10- i really dont think i will go past 10 days.
Have any of you tried the master cleanse? Any suggestions or words of wisdom to help me make it thorugh the toughest hours of the day?
 
My only suggestion is to stop taking that garbage! You're only on day 2 and your singing its praises?? Seems awfully premature for that. No one has ever had long term success taking anything of that nature.

If you were eating only 840 a day in cals, maybe thats why you're having troubles losing weight. I'm sure your body was in starvation mode. It makes sence that you'd have an easier time losing at 1200 cals.

you need to educate yourself in nutrition and living a healthy lifestyle. Check out the stickies on the forum.

Want the truth? This isn't weight loss. You won't keep it off. If anything, you are learning poor weight loss habits and will very likely regain and more. There is NO medical proof that this stuff does anything for weight loss. You will lose water weight and that will just come right back.

Throw it out, read various posts and stickies here and you can learn the better way to lose weight..the ways to help keep it off.

Actually, I'll give you better advice. Talk to your doctor, a councilor, parents, someone. Just going by your words, you need to change how you are looking at yourself. You battled bulimia but it doesn't seem like you battled the reason behind it..
