LIPOTRIM? never heard of it. But a quick search on google showed both a weigh loss suplement, and a weight loss program.
which one are you looking at?

its both. Lipotrim is basically a milkshake but made with powder and water. and you have 3 of these a day and no food for a period of time. they have all the nutrients etc you need. then once you have lost so much weight you get weened onto food gradually but you get weened onto only good and healthy food. so its a weight loss supplement and a programme cuz of you being weened onto food after time.

No sheet? Think it will work for you?

Summergirl, you are from the uk area? I've never heard of lipotrim in the states. So we really can't help you with this one ?

I'm glad you're talking to your doc about it before you try anything. I would just be worried about what that kind of a program would do to your digestive system. Do the shakes have some sort of fibre in them? I must admit I'm a little jaded tho - I tried slimfast once and it was a very unpleasant experience if you know what i mean ;)

Be Careful and Good Luck :)

yeah the lipotrim is only prescribed by the doc to severly obese people. im severly obese but as im quite young im not sure the doc would give it to me but i supose theres no harm in asking?! lol

yeah the shakes have all the nutrients and stuff you need :D ill let you all know how i get on cuz my app's 9.30 tomo morning :( lol

hey guys!
Just been to the docs and decided i didnt want my thyroids tested, couldnt hack seeing my blood after just getting up lol but had a chat with my doc, very nice lady indeed and she has prescribed me some "ORLISTAT" tablets to take three times a day. I dont really know what they do properly yet although she did tell me roughly that they prevent weight gain and you get rid of fat through your bottom end quite regulary! :S lol

am going to get the prescription later on today so will read the leaflet and probaly post again! Whooo is this my way forward? lol :)

How are you all getting on with your weight loss?!?! hope everythings okie dokie! :D xxx

Listen (well you can't really listen becouse I'm not really talking, I'm typeing BUT THATS NOT THE POINT! ) Summergrgurl, I mean no disrespect in this post, So please don't take it the wrong way. I don't mean to hold you to the stone, and I'm sure the "orlistat" will help if you don't use any excuses when you don't take it.

But for the life of me, I can't see how, if you had your mind set on the Lipotrim, You'd let a little blood set you back? Isn't this an excuse? I mean, If your obease and REALLY want to lose the weight, AND you think it may be your thyroid, Dosen't it make sence to find out if thats really the case? And if its not, You'll have the peice of mind knowing your moving in the right direction by taking the Orlistat? I mean if it is your thyroid, and you don't know it, than aren't you just wasting your time by switching direction in mid motion?

For the record, You look Smoking in your avatar.

Hey summergurl - so are you following a diet and exercise plan along with the Orlistat? Why did your doc think this would be better for you then the lipotrim?

You probably should still get your thyroid checked. No point treating the symptoms if u can treat the disease!!! Did your nurse think you had other symptoms of a underactive thyroid as well as the excess weight?

the nurse just reffered me to the doc and said see what she can do it maybe that you have an underactive thyroid but the doc said have i had my thyroids tested before and i said yeah so she said its up to you if you want them tested again so i said no and then she told me two options, one was a hunger suppressor or this one that i now have called "xenical".

i didnt have my mind set on lipotrim and i got talked out of asking the doc last night by my friend at work who clearly stated im guna get fat again when i start eating - cuz with lipotrim you dont eat.

B A Rabbit - no disrespect taken but i wasnt in mid motion. i was in a rutt. one week i lost 2lbs, then two weeks later gained it back, then the next two weeks stayed the same, the next lost 2lbs and then last week i stayed the same. For someone my size in that shouldnt of been happening. in the 8 weeks or so i should have lost a considerable amount more weight than that thats why i was refered to the doctor.

Ruby red - the doc didnt suggest lipotrim im guessing thats for extreme extreme cases but she did suggest i walk more and avoid foods that are high in fat whilst also counting calories.

im thinking she has put me on these to see how they work. I only have 10 days worth and so after im going back for a weigh in with me nurse. Only then i reckon theyll be able to tell me i need thyroids checking or whatever cuz if i havnt lost weight using these then im guessing it has to be some sort of problem in that area. :S:S

Lipotrim is available from chemist in the uk .
you have to have a kinda medical check and watch dvd,s to show you are commited to losing wieght
It is quite pricey to be honest but if you determined to lose wieght i think its worth it :)
