Measurements:

Jan. 9th - 222lbs., Stomach - 44", Lt. Thigh - 24", Butt - 47"

Gym Goals:

#1. 1.5mi under 30min - met 1/23 @ 29:45
#2. Spd. 3.5 & incl. 2.0 for 30min - met 2/28
#3. 10lbs down - 1.5lbs away!
