As most of you know i"ve been doing quite intense cardio for about 2 weeks now. I now feel a bit light headed and I took today off because of this. I eat tiny slices of turkey for breakfast, and for lunch I have some more turkey and an apple. My meal plans seem fairly normal, so I'm wondering why I'm a bit light headed. Any ideas?
