Took this while balanced on a chair in my bathroom tonight lol

That is a beautiful moth, Tru. I was friends at high school with a girl who lived on a farm & was quite tough. Swimming in a dam on their farm one day she came out covered in leeches & just calmly took them off & put them on a bull ants nest, yet she was absolutely terrified of moths. She was mad over rocks & her wardrobe was filled with them & she ended up becoming a geologist.

Love the moth and peacock pictures - gorgeous! Thanks for posting about custard apples. I adore them, but they are sooo expensive here. When we get a greenhouse I'll buy some and see if I can sprout the pits! Really glad to hear you have healed up and are lifting again!!

While many will be doing this challenge as part of a team, I will be doing the Solo challenge !

Good for you @Trusylver! Since I can't do physical push-ups any longer because:
  1. I have arthritis in my neck which I can't do anything about sadly :(, and
  2. I lack the strength but CAN do something about, just not push-ups :)
I'll be with you in spirit (I can do mental push-ups) and I'll be making a donation.

Had physio today, have a set of exercises to do for rehab to counter my Pec and Trap dominance

Not allowed to bench for a bit, she doesn't want me to get stronger lol but compromised in that I am still allowed to do the pushups as they won't really do much. First time seeing this particular physio, supposed to be a sports physio, but pretty sure she has no experience with lifters or the gym in general (she did not know what a bench press was, and did not know why shoulder mobility was important for squat) but willing to give her the benefit of the doubt for a bit.

Completed the 115 Pushups for the day, last 15 were decline pushups, only because hubby commented that it wasn't fair that normal pushups are easy.

Completed rehab exercises, including close grip seated rows (60 kg) Wide grip lat pull downs (40 kg), these were tough at full stretch at the top where my ROM is restricted. An exercise I will call bow pulls for lack of a better description and bent over rows with slightly different angle to my normal DB path (20 kg)

Today’s target is 177 push-ups. This represents the estimated 17.7 million visits to GPs in Australia relating to mental health in 2018.

Finished pushups for the day and pec stretches. Feeling a little sore in the abs

tomorrow is a big pushup day, will post the challenge data in the next post.

Tomorrows target is 213 push-ups. High levels of sugar in your diet may make it more likely you will develop mental ill health in the future. It has also been suggested by researchers that increased sugar intake is associated with more severe symptoms in someone who has depression. 213 calories from sugar per day, which is 55g or 13 teaspoons, is the maximum recommended by the Australian guidelines. If you’re trying to decrease the amount of sugar you eat, check your foods for added sugars. These are sugars that are put in by manufacturers to make foods more appealing, but they don’t come with any extra nutrients. In contrast, the sugar in a piece of fruit comes with fibre and vitamins crucial to health. Avoid the added sugars and stick to the ones that occur naturally.
