today i start my journey to lose 20 lbs. but this chart will be for 10 pounds, just so i don't feel overwhelmed. you should do it too!

JULY 21- 148.5
JULY 28- 145.5 (weekly goal-143.5!
AUGUST 4- 150!!! i screwed up bad! hopefully some of it is water retention. now i'm very sad. next weeks goal- 145. will i ever lose weight? damn stuffed crust pizza.
AUGUST 11- 146.5 next week goal- 144. i'll be happy to lose any weight this month. can't beleive i thought i'd lose 10. i'm such a loser.
AUGUST 18-
AUGUST 25-

hopefully at the end this will say 138! i want it so bad!

I'm new to the board, but this is definitely the post for me. I also want to drop 20 lbs. I'm 5'4 and currently weigh in at 147.

JULY 21- 147
JULY 28-144
AUGUST 4- 143
AUGUST 11-147 OUCH! I knew this was going to happen with the traveling an all. I will be pushing myself extra hard this week.

i am so glad you guys are in on this with me! except for one thing- i jusr realized i can'r put any more info on that chart, it won't let me. anyone know a way to do that? amyways, here's my weekly weigh in. 145.5. i lost 3 lbs this week!!! how about you guys? let me know, let's keep this going! p.s. i am really wanting a buddy to be held accountable to. anyone interested? what about you julie? we are at the same weight.

I would be happy to buddy up with you! I need motivation to make my goals too :)
 
Weekly weigh in

I lost 3 lbs this week too! I currently weigh in at 144. I added it to my original post.

I love the idea of a Saturday weigh in, keeps you from eating to much on Friday night! I see alot of groups that will do a Thurs or Friday weigh in but to me all that does is allow you to eat like a pig all weekend just so you have to work extra hard during the week.

Havaer- Great job on the 3lbs! Keep up the good work.
Wacky & Liquid- Can't wait to see how you guys did this week!
 
It is so easy to fall off track! Been doing fairly well so far this week, I think. I guess I'll know for sure tomorrow :)
 
LOL forgot....Hubby and I are going out to dinner tonight with friends :( I am going to seriously try to be good even though it will be at my favorite restaurant. This will be a huge test for me. Wish me luck!
 
well, good job on that pound! at least you're still losing! this week i'm going down, if i don't yell at me. as for you others, update your weight already! i'm curious to see how you're progressing!
 
You'll do better this week I'm sure! So the pizza got ya? I know the feeling except my downfall this last week was Longhorn lol. I didn't gain any but I really worked hard last week just to blow all the progress Friday. Not to mention I had a run in with a couple brownies this weekend too :) I am hoping to maintain my current weight, or maybe lose 1lb this week. I am not expecting to lose more than that.

So far this week , I have gotten back down to 144 as of this morning. I am SO happy. I'm hoping to drop another pound or two by Saturday's weigh-in
