Every Saturday lets get on here and give our weight...if you want you can give measurements..such as waist, leg, bust, butt. Tomorrow we will put our beginning weight. Thats important to have written down so that we know exactly where we are and how far we need to go. Don't forget to write down a concrete goal.

PS...work on learning about what your partner is looking for as a result and what kind of workouts they like...it will help. See ya.

okay, in my OPINION, the pairings sound liek they'd work good like this:

kmazon - calcium
smax - chrissmith
proteinboy - scolew
jsobo119 - runnergirl

i don't know if the age difference between scole and pb will hurt or help, but they have common goals.
