Starting Sunday 10/4 I began jogging and cutting my calorie intake. I'm 6'2" 239lbs today, with a total loss of 10 lbs since I began. From what I've briefly seen this board looks great, and I love that it focuses on healthy means toward the goal. Tomorrow I will start a journal on here, visit fitday.com (as I saw mentioned in another "introductory thread"), and those tickers look interesting as well. I hope to gain knowledge on here while keeping myself motivated and accountable through my postings.
