Hey,

My name is Jessica...I guess my alias is perfect_thrill. I have been working really hard for about two weeks now, on my own and with my doctors (every two week visit) and I'm seeing great results. I am working with my doctor to lose weight because I know that if I have official dates to work for...I'm going to be more motivate to succeed. We're both hoping for 10 pounds every two weeks until August 1st 2007 where I hope to lose a completely possible 80 pounds.
I've been doing Cardio, Pilates, taking fiber and as of yesterday morning, Leptopril. I began this fitness plan Thursday April 12th 2007 weighing 254 pounds. Now, Thursday... I will go for my first weigh in (official, I've already weighed myself, couldn't help it :p) and I have already lost 10 pounds. water is a must....Eating fresh stuff, No whites and Pooping right.
I joined because I see that many people use Leptopril and I'm very dedicated to it so far...as this is a goal I will have mega support with... I will be sure too not let down. So I'm starting this topic as "Leaving it All Behind" and I will be keeping daily posts.
If anyone needs support, I'll be there for you and we can talk about diet secrets and everything, just leave a post. I'll be sure to keep a watch out.

I'll be sure to leave a post explaining exactly what my plan is and how I've lost these 10 pounds in two weeks.

Yours in Weight Loss,
*Perfect*

Hey,
Leptopril is a diet pill that is for significantly overweight people who need to lose a lot of weight. It's not to be taken as a mild diet aide. It has been said by some that it doesn't work...but only then you will continue to read that they didn't really change their eating habits and exercise habits. With any said diet, you need to. They give you energy but it doesn't have ephedrine in it. (ephedrine is a mild form of speed that was seen in many weight loss pills in the 90's).
I find it get me energized to do my workouts and it really curbs your appetite. If you're an edgy person....who doesn't react well to caffeine type side effects...then you shouldn't take them.
Man I feel like an infomercial:cool:
Anyway. Yeah. That's when Leptopril is. What are you doing to lose your weight?

I have done all my work outs for the day....I've only ate....a can of tuna, dry...and some 100 calorie yogurt thinger.
I'm so not hungry.
I have to work in an hour and a half.
I'm surprised how nobody cares enough to respond.
Support System Needed.

Hi Jessica,
Welcome to the WLF

It takes awhile for people to respond sometimes - many people are used to checking on diaries they are subscribed to and it takes awhile to find the new ones :)

Congratulations on the 10 pounds lost!

hi Jess,
congrats on the weight loss... so you are losing 5lb a week on average... thats great...is that leptopril and over the counter kind of thing? I'm not much into diet pills but i have a trip comeing up in june and i desprestly :( want to lose weight, FAST... Most people would look forwar to a holiday, but i'm stressing over it. I havent worn a swim suit in public (family excluded) for over 7 years,,,I'm just not up for the confidence challenge, i'd rather not go. ANYWAYSSSSSSS

Thanks. Um Leptopril and Leptoprin are basically the same but have one difference. One is perscribtion and one is not. They can be found at Wal Mart for a decent price. They give you quite a bit of energy. They're awesome. You can do it. If you really put your mind to it. When they say it's a lifestyle change they really mean it. Try keeping food off your mind, drinking lots of water a day, cutting calories (500-700 below your norm or the first week) and make sure you're pooping right. I try and make sure I run about 2 miles a day. For some strange reason I can. I'm healthy over weight. Which I'm glad because if I was sluggish in life I would be scared to go near the tread. Anyway. I'm rambling a lot. Thanks for replying, and good luck. If you want you can check out my diary. It's called 19 with a Dream - The diary of a "fat child"

Hey Jess welcome to the community. I'm new too. Anyways, first off, congrats on the 10 lbs down! Thats awesome and I hope you make your goal. Just keep working at it. Secondly...is it REALLY the diet pill thats making you lose weight easier, or is it just in your mind thats it's help you. Cause I tried....hydroxycut (sp) and it was wayyyy exspensive and didn't make me lose weight but now without it I'm losing it fine. I think it has more to do with determination than a pill. Also, this is just me asking personally a question, as of now, I'm eating little to nothing a day (probably around 800 calories, sometimes more sometimes less), do you think taking a diet pill on top of that would benifit me or damage my health?
Good luck:)
-Melly
