I can’t walk at the park anymore after work because the lights are out?(no clue why)
So I started working out at home with free weights and a 45 min work out CD.
I use the program that Trav& Em told us about on Page 4
of this thread and it works out to be 2 miles for me.-So that gives us 291.11

Im adding 20.5...from the Novemeber Challenge...I think (I might like to keep doing this though it is a great motivater)
