Learn from our mistakes

1. Thinking that weight loss is an inconvenience instead of seeing it for what it really is: living a healthy and fulfilling lifestyle that makes you feel and perform better.

2. Thinking is exercise is boring and that it is merely a mean to an end. Now I realize how important exercise is and I can't imagine myself without it, fat or slim.

3. Thinking that losing weight requires depriving yourself from all of the food you love. I eat all I want, I only make sure to remain within my calorie limit. Also thinking that you need to be constantly hungry is to lose weight.

4. Going on a low-carb "diet" that made me feel like hell. I'm so glad I found this forum and its wonderful people.
 
#1. Drinking alcohol!
#2. Smoking Ganja!
#3. Doing both at the same time!
#4. Buying junk....if you do make it "wholesome junk" and preferably in already-portioned containers.
#5. Not eating much in the beginning of the day.....oh man
#6. Having a "fuck it" attitude for too long before getting back in the saddle.
#7. Staying off WLF for too long :D
and a bunch of the ones already mentioned......
