I have posted a few times on here but thought I should introduce myself. I consider myself a healthy male but I'm looking to get more fit (tone up and get rid of my beer belly).
I'm hoping some of you can get me motivated as I find exercise kinda boring and my other excuse is time.
I want:
Get toned, gain some weight
Loss weight around the gut
