does anyone have any tips for no snacking at night ? I have tried everything- eating well during the day, fruit, water, but always end up hunting for the fat and sugars. I have 2 stone to go !!!
I think maybe you're just eating out of habit. You could try to weigh yourself before you go to bed, that might give you incentive to not eat. Alternately, you could reserve a few calories for your late night craving, and not overeat for the day.
