Late Night Exercise

I have recently been exercising late at night, sometimes finishing 3' clock in the morning. Is there difference impact as to what time someone exercises?
 
Steddie if the time fits within your lifestyle around work, and other things, and you get enough sleep---there is nothing wrong with it.

I worked 3 to 11 for quite some time, and performed my workouts sometimes after 1AM.

Fit the workout around what you do and you will be fine.

As long as you're sleeping enough, go for it. It's probably a lot nicer when it's that quiet. My gym back home is open 24hrs for that reason exactly.
