Okay, im 17, around 5 foot, 6 inches. I weigh around 145 pounds. (used to weigh 198, lost a lot of it) But i still have some fat so i know i have to get rid of it to get abs :/ But im just not sure what to do exactlyyyy. I eat... Healthy somewhat i guess. I dont have super healthy things but i do the best i can i guess.. I dont really know how my diet should be exactly. But i also go jog 2 miles, walk 1 like twice a week usually. And do around 300 crunches a night somtimes. But idk how often i should do all this, or if i need to do more or what exactly. I need MAJOR guidance PLEASE.
But heres my goal:at least semi-visible abs, that V-shaped hip muscle thing, and muscular pecs. (plus the few extra weight lose pounds) I have NOOO equipment whatsoever. Please give me annyyy tips.
