Last leg of my road!

Hey everyone! My name is Andrew and im a 6'3" male weighing about 160. I joined these forums looking for advice in losing the last bit of my weight.
Here's my story:
About 2 years ago my mother started running into health issues because her weight got out of hand and i'm built much like her. I realized I was doomed if I didn't start getting my health under control. I started this excursion at about 280 pounds, and now i'm down to roughly 160. I lost all the weight by going to the gym everyday as well as becoming a vegetarian. I am now seeking to lose this last bit of belly fat. My goal is 0% body fat. My current routine at the gym consists of 30 minutes on the elliptical, jogging 1 minute and sprinting 2, increasing resistance every interval. After that I do a few quick arm exercises with weights.

If anybody could get me some pointers on how to lose the last bit of my belly fat I would be forever in your debt. I have read so many articles but I always second guess them. Thank you in advance.
