Ladies and Gentlemen!

Hey guys!

I just found this forum tonight in my desperate search for help. See, I've been kinda overweight and SERIOUSLY weak my whole life. It's my senior year in high school, and I want to go out looking great.

So I need some serious help. I have enough time to eat breakfast in the morning, I have weights class before lunch, then I usually eat something for lunch when I have the money, otherwise I skip. I go home and hang out, then eat dinner.

I've stopped drinking sodas (too bad about the Dr Pepper :p), and I lift everyday. I know it's only week 2, but I've only got 16 weeks left... and the clock is ticking.

I need to know how to increase my metabolism, what kinds of foods to eat (please spare me veggies if at all possible ><), and how to decrease my random eating habits. I tend to eat when I'm bored.

Thank you all in advance for your advice. I really need the help. I'm so tired of my friends half my size benching more than me, and I'm even more tired of being made mostly of fat.

Welcome :) I hope we can help. To help speed up your metabolism, you need to eat regularly. So eat lunch, otherwise when dinner comes along, you will eat more.

You need veggies so sorry for the bad news
